A landmark personal-injury trial. A 12–0 verdict. Built on a pre-system that was followed.
Before the trial began, a framework was orchestrated for how every piece of information would be given to the jury — and how each piece would be perceived. The framework was followed across the duration of the case.

What was breaking before the engagement.
One of the largest personal-injury cases in Pittsburgh history. Critical evidence had been ruled inadmissible. The firm needed to win the jury inside a deliberately restricted information environment, against well-prepared defendants and well-resourced defense counsel.
What the firm needed was not a louder voice in the courtroom. It was a system for making the evidence that could be introduced land with the force of the evidence that could not.
What the data on the decision actually said.
Juries do not deliberate the verdict at the end of the trial. They form it across the trial — in a sequence of small pre-conscious commitments that compound across every witness, every exhibit, every cross-examination, every glance from a defendant who didn't expect a particular question.
Read the forming verdict in the room. Then engineer what lands inside the evidentiary restrictions so the cumulative weight pushes the same direction the suppressed evidence would have pushed.
What we built.
Cersosimo orchestrated the framework in which information would be given to the jury — a pre-system, built before trial began, that shaped how each piece of evidence and each witness would be perceived. The pre-system specified the sequence: which evidence introduced at which point, by which witness, in proximity to what other piece. Defendants were researched individually; angles were identified in advance that would surface real characterization when they took the stand.
The pre-system was then followed. The points that could not be argued directly were lived inside the sequencing of what could. Twelve jurors. Unanimous.
What the bottom line did after.
If your firm has a version of this problem, the work is the same.
Every engagement starts with a short conversation about whether the work between us is real. No deck, no funnel, no auto-sequence. Thirty minutes.
